High Garden Arbor

High Garden Arbor is a unique and complex project located in Pinckney, Michigan. This development comprises 5 different designs ranging from a 3 bed 2 bath single family home to a 2 bed 2 bath duplex, and multiple variations in between. Although each home is slightly different in terms of layout and design, there is a continued aesthetic among each building creating a sense of community which our clients were looking for.
The 5 homes in this project include; Terra Supra (3 bed, 2 bath that is 1560 sf), Terra Supra Duplex (2 bed, 2 bath, 960sf and 1 bed, 2 bath, 640 sf), Terra Farma (4 bed, 3 bath, 2336 sf), Terra Vista (3 bed, 3 bath, 2240 sf), and Terra Vista Duplex (2 bed, 2 bath, 1,280 sf and 960 sf).
