Foghorn Flats

This project is a competition through the city of Duluth, MN to provide infill housing on tight, vacant lots around the city.

The duplex is comprised of 20 containers and is only 16' wide. Each unit is 640 sf and has open concept living, kitchen, and dining space with one bedroom and full bath. They also feature a balcoy, laundry, and plenty of storage space.
