Conceptual Hotel Design Package

This project is a conceptual design package for a hotel to be located in Hamilton, Ontario. The project utilizes IOS shipping containers to create a bold, modern design for a 60-unit, multi-story hotel. The modular structure is arranged to maximize space and functionality while offering a striking industrial aesthetic. The containers are stacked and oriented to create dynamic, open interiors with large windows and flexible layouts. A key design feature is the centralized hallways with separated wings for privacy and maximum design efficiency. The hotel’s contemporary design blends raw materials with sleek finishes, offering a unique hospitality experience that embraces both form and function, while adding a distinctive architectural presence to Hamilton’s urban landscape.
