Cochrane Home

Cochrane Home is the first project from the houm and Three Squared, Inc. Partnership.

Located in the North Corktown Neighborhood of Detroit, Michigan, the Cochrane Home is a two-story, 1800 SF 3 bed/ 2 bath single-family home.
This project includes a 430 SF detached single-car garage that can be accessed by an alleyway from the main home. It also includes an in-law suite above the garage that provides an additional 430 SF. This room can be accessed from the main house by a second level bridge.

The construction of this house includes IVB Steel and wood envelope with interior wood and drywall partitions that are semi-protected.

With the design and construction of this project, comes the official prototype of the houm product, pioneering a new way of how homes are built.
